Gone for so long

i wasn't even aware that Wix had updated its features and changed a great deal more than i had anticipated. The site has been neglected and my personal life has gone through several major changes i never saw coming. The new features here have thrown me for a loop. i used to be able to set up a site with my eyes closed; now i have gone around in circles any number of times. i hope to keep the blog updated these days-and now it's 2023. i believe the last time i was here was back in 2020.
